decent sandwiches, bread was stale, but they came in a cute box with a side salad. If you are more concerned about presentation than taste then order here..would be good for business meetings mid day in the office.

Ordered from this restaurant based on the excellent reviews. They forgot to bring half the order and the food they did bring was freezing cold when it arrived. The delivery guy assured me they would be back in 7 - 10 minutes with the rest of my order. He apologized and then went on to say it wasn't his fault (very reassuring). It's now been two hours (and several more calls to the restaurant) and still the remainder of my order has not arrived. Dinner ruined...thank you Cafe Guy & Gallard...I will never order from your restaurant again.

Waited almost 90 minutes for my food They sent the wrong sandwich with wilted slimey greens on the side. The corn chowder soup was awful. I ate one bite. Never ordering here again.

ordered broccoli cheddar but they ran out of it so i asked for another cream based soup (of course) then the woman said clam chowder and seafood chowder. picked the clam chowder then it was tomato base! called for exchange, the woman was rude then manager said "you have to order a NEW ONE there's nothing else i can do" cuz i live far (6 blocks away!)! SO RUDE. so i have to order something up to 10 dollars for delivery minimal to deliver again!! why would they rather piss the costumers off over a 5 dollars soup? DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS RIGHT. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I'VE ENCOUNTERED ON SEAMLESS.

Very good sandwiches, but they pull their espresso french-style (i.e. burning all the flavour out of it). Go for the sandwiches, but don't get a drink.

I ordered delivery for lunch. simple tuna salad and chips. They took and hour to get here, when the order form said it should take 25-40 min. When the guy got here, he called me so I went down to the lobby. It took 10 min to find him. When I opened the bag, the chips were not the ones I ordered. I wanted soy chips, they sent me vicky's. The tuna wrap was decent. Next time I'll stick to the coffee at G & G.

Awesome. Super fast delivery and they rarely make mistakes. When they have (once out of many orders) by the time I noticed it they had a replacement on the way. Great service, great food. I order a couple of times a week.

I love this place. Where else can you get a decent piece of fish (and there are several interesting options) along with two side dishes with a price tag of $10-13? Whenever I order from Cafe Guy & Gallard, I believe I'm getting a tasty and healthy meal. I've eaten a number of their entrees and have been pleased every time.

Unbelievably slow. Usually I am surprised at how fast delivery is. I ordered a salad, bagel, side of bacon and an OJ at 11:11am. It is now 12:23pm and still haven't received it. Unbelievable. I called and was told it had left, which I doubt since I am only a few blocks away. Very disappointing.

The food was late, we had to double tip because the deliver guy claimed not to have gotten his tip via seamlessweb, and the food portions are tiny. We will never order from this place again. We give it a 0.

The BEST tuna sandwich and the bread is really nice and soft. They listen to add-ons (Like pickles in the sandwich) and I love that they are so accommodating.

I've mostly stuck to the breakfast items, and I have been extremely happy every time I've ordered (5+). The food is very high quality (even after delivery), the prices are affordable, and the portions are reasonable but filling. Delicious coffee too!

Order from here all the time. Create your own salads are pretty big and sandwiches are decent. The fish entrees used to be a great deal but it seems like they cut down the size of the fish portion recently.

Their food is great but they once forgot my blue cheese on the salad, so I had to call them and it took some time to get it, etc.. On the brighter side, their chicken cordon bleu and mashed potatoes are delicious; and the black forest ham sandwich works great with some avocado and mustard dressing.

Cant get an order right. i've ordered 2 times from this place and both times they have come in wrong. My last order was completely wrong (Bagel with lox spread $3.00) got a bagel with smoked lox and charged me $8.00.

Herb mayo was delicious but sadly the bread was stale and fell apart as I was eating it b/c it was so dry. Please use fresh bread next time - otherwise we love your food!

I only had the pancakes but they were inedible, tasted like cardboard I took one bite and threw them in the garbage. The Chai tea was good and the parfait was decent. I thought I could you screw up pancakes. Maybe other choices are better judging from the other reviews.

The food was really good. Especially the chicken dumping soup! However, first the delivery guy forgot to bring my tea which I didn't realize until after he'd left. But he came back a little while later (without my calling to complain) and apologized for the error. But they also gave me the wrong vitaminwater. I ordered a zero calorie VitaminWater and got a full calorie one of a different flavor. In sum: The food is very good but make sure you check your order before the delivery guy leaves. If they messed something up I'm sure they'll be happy to fix it.

Super fast, and great fresh quality food. Was upset with their cobb salad - just chicken, lettuce, avocado, and alfafa sprouts! In their defense, it was listed on the description, but that was not a cobb salad. It's upsetting that while you can "like" an item" you can't "unlike" it. But will still order from them as everything else has been consistently good.

Always quick. Always fresh and high quality. Always delicious. If I could give extra stars, I would. Three eggs for breakfast is highly recommended. And the oatmeal - they put fresh apples in the oatmeal - yum!

I usually get an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a regular coffee (milk and sugar). The bagels are always fresh and usually soft (not hard and difficult to chew like some bagel joints). The cream cheese is pretty good but could use some more veggies. The coffee is always fresh and flavorful. Delivery time is usually about 25 minutes. Price is decent too- bit cheaper than other shops.

I have been here a few times, as well as ordered delivery. Today I ordered a bagel with a custom note of tomato slices, a latte with the custom note of adding vanilla flavor if possible, and a side of bacon. The bagel was ok, not the best bagels in town but good for an everyday order. The bacon was greasy but really hit the spot. The latte was ruined. It tasted like hot maple syrup, so in all probability someone added a bit too much vanilla syrup or something trying to fulfill my request. Now, I've had their coffee items before, and generally they aren't bad, so I'll just consider this being forewarned for next time and just stick with the basics. Don't bother ordering the tea, though. Somehow it always ends up flavorless and tasting like the cup it's in. I think their strong points are with their standard meals and sandwiches. Get too fancy or ask for slight changes and the quality starts to break down. Otherwise, it's a solid place to order from, I'll order from there again, and their staff/delivery people are really wonderful.

Signature sandwich was excellent, and so was the chicken breast quesadilla. The tomato rice soup was a perfect complement to the sandwich. Food tasted healthy and not overly greasy.

I think the food is pretty mediocre. It is not bad, just nothing special. I do a lot of business travel and have tried a couple of dishes from Cafe Guy & Gallard. The prices are reasonable so for the value is good. You could do much worse.

This place stays consistently good, even though they have taken my favorite menu item (mushroom encrusted halibut) off the menu. The addition of mashed potatoes as a side is very welcome -- having said that, new ideal meal is pan sauteed sole with m.p.'s and sauteed escarole. The tuna is dependent on the day but generally pretty fabulous too, the fennel a nice touch. My non-fish consuming fellow diner found the chicken cordon bleu very serviceable.

Yummy, yummy. The mushroom lasagne was perfect comfort food (felt very comfortable afterwards). Delivered promply, nice delivery guy, well packaged, well presented. Not your average dinner fodder, much better. Definitely order again, maybe in about 10 minutes..........

I've always enjoyed the food from Guy and Gallard, but I would recommend eating in the restaurant during the day, rather than ordering in the evening, as I did. The delivery was prompt and the delivery person was friendly, but the food tasted as if it hadn't been freshly prepared. It seemed to have been prepared earlier in the day and simply heated up. By all means, stop by G&G earlier in the day when the food has just been prepared, but I wouldn't recommend ordering in the evening.

I was impressed! I got chicken with lima beans (which sounds pretty awful) but I'm watching whaat I eat and I thought it was great. Really liked the orzo that came with my dish.

I ordered the grilled salmon with escarole and orzo. It was quite good. The cheesecake was okay, but I've had better. Although based on one order, I feel the food quality is better at this Guy and Gallard location versus the other that is found on this site. I would definitely reorder in the future.

The food was good, but it took them an hour and a half to get me my order! I called twice to ask, and the first time she pretty much admitted that they'd forgotten about it. The second time (30 minutes later) she said they would send it our right away! Luckily, I hadn't ordered anything hot.

This food is, time and again, well prepared with fresh ingredients. Guy and Gallard is my go-to for prompt, predictably good soup, salad and sandwiches. The quesadillas ( you must check out the shrimp and poblano !!)are fantastic and coupled with a soup could easily serve as a full meal.
